Question: Since last year (December) a little ball has appeared on top of my glans on the left side above the urethral meatus, and inside it is possible to see a gray line where it would perhaps be a vein.

In that same period (December) little itchiness (very little) appeared with a little smegma. I went to the doctor and it was candidiasis. He prescribed me fluconazole and clotrimazole, I took it and the itch and smegma went away.

However, the ball continued and the gray/purple line inside the urethral meatus too, so in March I went to another doctor and explained the case that I had candidiasis and this ball had appeared. He said that everything was normal and that this gray line is just a vein, peculiar to my penis. He also found nothing abnormal on the left side of the gland which is a little swollen.

So after two doctors I still have doubts and not six and it is normal. My urine comes out a little now divided because of this vein, the doctor also said it would be normal. The first 4 photos are the flaccid penis where you can see that the surface of the meatus is half curved opposite to where the vein is. The last 2 are the erect penis where the curvature disappears a little but you can see that the coloring of this left region is more reddish. The vein when erect is not very visible.

Ah, I just remembered that when I take fluconazole this swelling gets bigger and after a few days it goes back to how it is in the photos.
