Question: i just did a shower enema and now i have a lump coming out of my anus. it is not painful and it doesnt make it feel like i need to go to the bathroom but i defiantly can tell its there. is it just swelling or is it a rectal prolapse and i did the shower enema like 1 hr ago

Hello,
I don't think this can be rectal prolapse but it can be haemorrhoids which is more common.
It gets worse by constipation, diarrhea or straining in the bathroom.
You may need to use cold compresses, haemorrhoids ointment (found over the counter) to help it get smaller.
You may need to do to doctor to physically examine you .
