Brief Answer:
Clinically normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for query,
SGOT and SGPT are enzymes produced by liver cells.A small part of them diffuses into blood stream however when ever there is a injury to liver cells their levels in blood are raised. However in a asymptomatic patient the level of these enzymes should be atleast three times the maximum normal value to have any significance.
So as per standard protocol your liver enzymes levels clinically have no significance.

Your total cholesterol level is the overall amount of cholesterol found in your blood. It consists of low-density lipoproteins (LDL) and high-density lipoproteins (HDL). LDL is also called “bad” cholesterol because it blocks your blood vessels and increases your risk of heart disease while HDL is good cholestrol and is cardioprotective.Again considering the standard levels both are normal in your case.
Different labs across the world follow different normal range depending on the software they use.
Hope i was helpful.
