Brief Answer:
Liquid Glycerin IP, Syp. Paracetamol, multivitamins.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

1. You can apply Liquid glycerine IP (medical grade). It is available easily at any chemist. Apply a small drop to the ulcer 3-4 times a day.

2. For the pain paracetamol syrup should suffice. Half teaspoon 2.5 ml two times a day after milk/food. A multivitamin syrup such as Visyneral will help.

3. There are many causes for mouth ulcers. If this ulcer does not subside in a week or if it is recurrent, please get this examined locally.

4. An image would help if the ulcer is easily visible.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any further questions, I will be available to answer them.

Regards
