Question: I have broken and dry skin on the sides of my index and middle finger , the rest of the hands are normal but this small area has extremely dry and broken skin. can share photos.

Hello,

You seem to have hand eczena which if chronic can cause cracking and fissures of skin. I suggest you to use a topical steroid and antibiotic combination cream e.g Clobetasol propionare 0.05% and neomycin cream 0.5% cream (Tenovate Gn cream) for a few days which would help heal cracks and fissures. It is a prescription medication. In addition I suggest you to use an intensive moisturizer e.g Venusia cream or Olesoft cream for regular use.
