What Can Cause Frequent Episodes Of Blurred Vision?

Migraine.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for sending your query to us.
This is a migraine. To confirm the diagnosis there are few facts which are to be verified.
This blurring, which is in an arcuate manner, starts from the centre of the eye moving to the periphery. This is scintillating scotoma.
If the blurring is on the right of right eye, then it will be on the right of the left eye also, this can be confirmed by closing one eye at a time during the attack.
This blurring is followed half an hour later by a headache with or without nausea.
The trigger is excessive mental and physical stress. So here is the key. Avoid such situation, have your meal at a proper time followed by adequate rest.
Exposure to extreme weather can also precipitate the attack.
The symptoms which I have described may or may not be present in all cases.
It is a lifestyle management issue also. If proper management, like food, rest and exercise do not help then medication can be started.
Do not worry, 10% of the world population has it and only intelligent people get it.
