it seems that you are having prolapsed disc in your back which is compressing the narve and causing the pain in your back and leg.
dont bend forward or lift any weight,take bed rest , physiotherapy,hot pack application,and take muscle relaxants.
get your MRI lumbosacral spine done to confirm the diagnosis.
