On my previous consultation you had shared a brief summary on premature ejaculation and suggested few extercise and diet. Aside from the diet and exercise, i have started following. Stress is there due to matrimonial issues, work load and sleep issues due to that. Also may be due to excitement during intercourse.
-Any investigation related to your Serum Testosterone [direct and total]??
Havent done any test on this
- Is Premature Ejaculation [PE] also associated with Erectile Dysfunction]??
Have erection but it comes out quickly during intercourse, sometimes before penetration
- Any other underlying Medical Condition??
I smoke a couple of cigarettes daily and weekly some beer or whisky, I know that reduces the testosterone..However, iam cutting down on this and I have started hitting the gym as well off late to cut down on there with a healthy diet.
allopathy doctor recommended duroplus like 2 hrs before intercourse and it works well.
