Question: i have pain in most of my body from my feet up. its worse after a tasking day like cleaning my whole house or Christmas or thanksgiving. it seems as if my inside feel swollen as if my blood is thicking . i feel tired all the time.

1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor and rule out few pathological conditions by doing investigations like [CBC with differential, Fasting blood sugar, TSH, and RF test]

2) Discuss with your treating Doctor about prescription medication like [Amitriptyline]for fatigued and body pain.

3) Do consult with your physiotherapist for a specific exercise plan.

Do lifestyle modifications like this-

1) Try to reduce stress. Make a plan to avoid or limit overexertion and emotional stress. Allow yourself time each day to relax.

2) Try to improve sleep habits. Go to bed and get up at the same time each day.

3) Try to limit avoid caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine.
