I think it is starting of knee arthritis. An x-ray in a standing position can confirm the diagnosis. I would suggest the following.
1. Avoid squatting, sitting on ground floor or stairs.
2. Hot water fomentation dor knee joint.
3. Take calcium and Volini ointment application.
4. The knee cap is also helpful.
