Question: I have been having chest tightness and wheezing problems during one or two months every year for the past 25 years I have been using ASTHALIN ROTAcaps which gives instant relief. I have been experiencing the symptoms especially during night and morning up to 10AM. AFTER THAT TOTALLY OK. ANY ALTERNATIVE TO THIS MEDICINE AS I HAVE BEEN USING THE SAME.SYMPTOMS LIGHT CHEST TIGHT XXXXXXX AND WHEEZING

You can take Allegra M and Foracort Rotacap.

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description possibility of seasonal allergic bronchitis is more likely.
So take Allegra M tablet once a day at night before going to sleep.
Take foracort Rotacap once a day at night before going to sleep.
If not done, get done CBC, Absolute eosinophil count, IgE level and Pulmonary Function Test (PFT) to find out severity of the disease.

I am totally comfortable now .no chest tightness or breathing issues. I am feeling freeness in the body almost after 3 months. Because of consistent rain in XXXXXXX since XXXXXXX and even today its raining I had faced lot of problems with breathing problem this year. I have been taking Both Allegra M tab and foracort every day night since 5 days. Sir how long shall I continue the medicine and any other precautions or medicines i need.

1. I have not faced any asthama attack since 5 days. 2. Will the same medicine works in case of sudden asthama attacks. 3. I used to have runny nose in the morning time till 9 am during winter and rainy season but even this has been stopped since 5 days. 4. I have been drinking milk with pinch of turmeric powder every night since 5 years. Any issues?.

Sir my song 9 year old has noisy breathing during sleeping. Other wise he is perfectly normal with food and behavior in the day. This is since 10 days after cold. He used to have this noisy breathing during night once in a while during the year. Noisy breathing with slight disturb in sleep once or twice during night

I can understand your concern.
Since you are improving with medicines, possibility of allergic bronchitis or asthma is more likely.
So for exact diagnosis, get done CBC, IgE and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT will also tell you about severity of the disease and treatment is based on severity only.
So for how long we should continue treatment also answer by PFT.
