What Casues Bladder Dysfunction After An Accident?
Question: Let me tell you at the beginning that no matter how my issue is solved God will get the glory. I was in a accident and the air bags release and exploded. Three days later I felt odd so I went to the hospital for a check up. I was told that I had retained nearly 3 litres of liquid and therefore this (not being able to pee) had been coming on for a long time and that my bladder had no elasticity and was very thick and would never work again. Two different urologists have said this. I need to know if there is anyone out there with a different take on this? What do I do about it?
Brief Answer:
Get Urodynamic study and Ultrasound done
Detailed Answer:
Hi M XXXXXXX Were you alright before the accident? Or did you have some urinary problems before that. What your Urologists tell you would be true in all likelihood. Have you got an Ultrasound of your prostate done and a Urodynamic study? You could consult your Doctor and get these done to be sure. If they have been done please share the reports with us so that we can advice you better. Take care.
