Brief Answer:
Your symptoms cause can be cardiac related

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have read your query.

As per your symptoms cause can be cardiac related.
Do you have history of hypertension?

You need to consult your treating doctor to rule out cause for discomfort.
After clinical examination by your treating doctor he may advise ECG or blood investigation or 2-D ECHO.
Another possibility due to compression of nerve root there is pain in your chest and arm.
This can be related to smoking also.
I will advise you to do MRI thoracic spine and EMG- NCV [nerve conduction study].

Hyperacidity should get relieved with omeprazole. So you need to diagnose reason for chest pain by proper investigation.

For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication can be started. Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care
