What Casues Freezing Cold And Vomiting After Waking Up In The Morning?

Need to exclude raised intracranial pressure.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thank you for posting your query.
I have noted your son's symptoms, and it is unfortunate that a diagnosis has not been made even after consulting a pediatrician and a neurologist.
Among neurological conditions, in a person with early morning vomiting, we need to exclude conditions that cause increased intracranial pressure (ICP). Most of these conditions can be seen on the MRI and venogram of the brain (such as clotting of blood in brain veins, infections and tumor). If the MRI is normal, then, he should undergo eye check up to exclude papilledema (a sign of raised ICP). If papilledema is present, a lumbar puncture may be needed to measure the pressure of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF).
If the CSF pressure is high with normal MRI, it is called as BIH- benign intracranial hypertension, and can be easily treated with medications.
Best wishes,
