Brief Answer:
Red patch on head of penis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
Saw the photograph you posted,
It looks like circinate balanitis. This is an inflammation of mucosa of glans penis seen in Reiter syndrome or reactive arthritis. Other differential diagnosis that I can think of is Lichen planus, Psoriasis and zoon's balanitis.
Did you have any urethritis or conjuctivitis or uveitis 6 months back ?
Do you have joint pains?
Did you have diarrhoea or dysentry 6 months back ?
Have you had unprotected sexual intercourse before the onset of this lesion ?
I will recommend you to get an appointment with a dermatologist so that a skin biopsy can be taken to confirm the diagnosis.
Hope this helped,
Take care

Hello,
Welcome back,
Those questions were to rule out reactive arthritis. Definitive diagnosis is possible with a skin biopsy.
A topical steroid like hydrocortisone applied twice daily will work in decreasing the lesion, however the prognosis and recurrence chances can be explained only if we have a definitive diagnosis.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
