Brief Answer:
It is due to nerve compression
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you are having these sensation due to Cervical Spondylitis. This causes altered sensation in the hand. When you change your posture ( getting up from bed) then it causes pressure changes, and you feel relieved.
I would suggest you to get x ray of the neck. It will confirm the diagnosis.
Till you get these tests I have following suggestions for you.
1.Tablet Pregabalin and Methylcobal daily, after discussing with your doctor.
2.Avoid using very high pillow
3.Physiotherapy in the form of cervical traction is also helpful.
I hope these steps will help you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
thanks
