What Casues Painful Big Pimples Under Armpit?

Question: Hi , I hard a big pimples under my Arm pint and hit hurts, so i use Antibiotics (twice a day) it eventualy gone but now my veins hurts , am feeling that the fluids are in my vain what can i do please

you have not mentioned which antibiotic.
some antibiotics cause vit deficiency.
this causes nerve irritation
which feels like vein irritation.
