What Casues Tiredness While Walking After Swimming?

Stamina is general; depends on swimming approach
Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query and would like you to know that I am here to help.
Swimming is a wonderful overall exercise for your body, but it greatly depends on your approach to swimming as well. There exist different strokes, and if you practice the back stroke there is hardly any effort put in at all and you can continue for hours together. As compared to the breast or front stroke, which requires much more energy and gives your muscles a good workout. But most importantly, swimming is more of a muscular workout as compared to walking, jogging or playing a sport like tennis.
All the others require good skeletal health and strength, whereas swimming just requires muscular strength. In my field of practice (orthopedics and traumatology), when we come across an individual who was healthy and once a runner, but due to the current health of his joint (knee or hip) he/she cannot run anymore. To substitute for his exercise requirements, we advise swimming. Because swimming does not put strain on the bones, joints, etc.
Floating and generally moving around without much effort applied while swimming is also effortless and cannot be compared to other activities. So it first depends on your approach to swimming, which would certainly help in building your stamina.
As for stamina, the stamina you build and acquire while swimming is your general stamina and should certainly help even with other activities like jogging, walking, etc. But as these other activities require continuous effort and use of energy, if at all you have a more laid back swimming workout, they will seem to be more difficult than swimming sir.
I would request you to try to exert more energy and effort while swimming, try to go without stopping, continuous breast strokes for a longer duration of time. And if you can do this without stopping, the duration for which you do this will be the same duration you can walk, jog or play tennis for. I believe the key here would be your breathing exercises during these activities sir.
I hope you find my response helpful sir. Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I would be more than happy to help you.
Best wishes.
