What Caues Burning Sensation In Body?

Question: I have total body hot burning sensation and hot flames since 4months
The burning sensation sum times 30 minuets sum times 1 Hower
It rotates hole body ,like legs hands neck and other parts

Thanks for the query

Whole body burning of pain could be because of neuropathy. The most common cause for this is Vit b12 deficiency. This is how you should go about it

1. Tab Neurobion forte to be taken once daily after food for 3 months
2. For symptomatic relief I suggest Tab Pregabalin once daily at night, if symptoms does not come down in 5 days it can be increased in dose.

1. Continue to take oral Vit B12 tablets
2. I would like you to get a nerve conduction study to check how well your nerves are functioning
3. Pregaba and gabantin are the perfect tablets to be taken for symptomatic relief
4. An ideal doctor to approach would be a Neurologist

1. Complete blood count
2. Vitamin b12
3. Vitamin d
4. Thyroid function test
5. serum cortisol
6. Fasting and post prandial blood sugar
