Brief Answer:
seems to be allergic rhinitis.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns that you are having stuffy nose with difficulty in breathing.

A per your details, it appears to be allergic rhinitis (sneezes followed by running nose), inducing asthma (wheeze, difficulty in breathing).

complicated allergic rhinitis causes sinusitis with post nasal drip (sinus secretions trickle back in to throat) causing sore throat-pharyngitis, voice change-laryngitis and lung infection with wheeze.

Simple or complicated allergic rhinitis requires life time follow-ups and treatment to prevent complications.

I suggest you to consult ent surgeon, get detailed ent examination, blood tests (absolute eosinophilic count, serum IgE), if necessary ct scan of para nasal sinuses (to see any allergic polyp, extension of sinusitis). Depending on the examination findings, treatment can be started.

Mean time, stop exposing to dust/pungent smells(deodorants, perfumes, cooking smells), avoid consuming freezer products (curd/ice creams).

Hope this answers your question, if you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your questions.

Wishing you good health.
