Brief Answer:
It is possibly Fibromyalgia or Chronic fatigue syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on Healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar, a neurologist, here to answer your query.

The symptoms you have mentioned very classically fits into the syndromic diagnosis of-
1)Fibromyalgia
or
2)Chronic fatigue syndrome(CFS)

However,Thyroid disorders,Depression,Connective tissue disorders and substance abuse(like alcohol) also commonly cause such a clinical picture and needs to be excluded before establishing 'Fibromyalgia' or 'CFS' as diagnosis.

Following investigations should be done-
Complete blood count,Thyroid function tests, serum vitamin D levels,Blood sugar, serum electrolytes, Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) and C-reactive protein(CRP) to rule out the diseases which can cause the clinical picture of this syndrome.

Please discuss with your physician and plan the investigations I mentioned above, to establish your diagnosis.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have follow-up queries,I shall be glad to answer, else please close the thread-rate it and write a review.
