Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi
Good morning and Welcome to HCM.
I appreciate your concern for the CBC results.
I have gone through the uploaded reports of the CBC results done on August 14, 2015.
The Lymphocytes and the Platelets are slightly increased in number.
May I know for what reason the doctor requested the CBC for you?
Do you have any problem?
Do you take any medication for any medical illness?
Kindly provide any other significant history if you have.
Awaiting your reply.
Best regards.

The doctor did not prescribe it, I just took one to know my haemoglobin levels.
Brief Answer:
You have a normal hemoglobin level.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Hi
Welcome back.
First of all you hemoglobin level appears to be within the normal range.
Increased lymphocytes are most commonly caused by infections or inflammatory, physical stress overexertion) and emotional stress can also elevate the lymphocytes.
Increased platelets are associated with bleeding, allergic reactions, exercise, stress, infections, etc.
Since you had infection in the preceding week of getting the CBC done, there is a strong possibility of infection being the cause of "irregularities of your cbc" results.
My opinion is these findings could be due to some sort of stress or infeciton that you might be having in those days. However, I would advise you to
1. Kindly repeat the CBC again
2. Consult a doctor for clinical examination to rule out infection or inflammatory conditions.
Hope I could answer your query.
Wishing you best of your health.
