Brief Answer:
Explained below
Detailed Answer:
hello and welcome to HCM!
Firstly- after reading your question I can say from my clinical experince that the mood swings from happy ( thinking you are an Einstein) to having OCD suggest a possibility of
bipolar disorder. Youa have not metioned of you are on any medicine for the same or not.
I usually go for something like sodium valporate or may be lithium for this and escalate the dosage after seeing response in bipolar disorder. but one thing is for sure - that you need medicine.
Secondly- Chest pain- I think you need to get an ECG first and check your blood pressure, if they are normal, this can be a part of anxiety and can be dealt with psychiatric medicines. If there is something in these reports, then one needs to go accordingly.
Thirdly- itchy armpits- reflect some mild
sebaceous gland ( of armpit ) infection- for that I usually recommend keeping the area dry and using some mild antibiotic cream application, twice a day. it just cleans the problem within few days!
Foruth- Enlarged prostate- it is early at your age to have this. So, you should go for regular ( may be yearly ) PSA test...and please see a
urologist for its treatment: it needs expert opinion. The problem in urination can be raleted to this.
Fifth- Constipation- better try these first -
--increasing salad in your diet,
-- less of oily food and junk foods.
--Sprouts and fruits servings (increase to moderate amount )
--foods - papaya, curd, more of whole gains
-- regularise the walk/ exercise
If it is severe constipation- I give
cremaffin syrup or
lactulose to my patients, usually 1-2 tsp suffice.
You have many problems, ideally it will be good of you get basic tests done - blood counts, thyroid levels,
lipid profile, liver function and kidney function tests, sugar levels and
ultra sound abdomen . These will also help in deciding the right medicine for you. From these test, one may find the cause of smelly stools also ( doesn't look like infection though).
