no sir aprearence was fully normal. .. sir infact i have done too much search on internent . because it was my first ever expericen and the same day after the incident i was thinking of disease but i dont know all of symptoms are due to these overthing or real.

sir at right now i have no symptom.. i am only taking probiotic. because from last one month i have no symptom of IBS also. only when i leave probiotic then i feel little bit soft stool or constipation symptom. and also the mouth ulcer in last year i have 2 or 3 times , these were small sore. that finished not more then 2 or 3 days. last symptom was the only bloody phlegm that i received 50 days back. after that the only slight chest pain which i have discused before. but right now none of these i have.

yes sir i sleep well. but i have a bad habit of sleeping late. i am living in gulf country. my stress level someties decrease and before the blood in phlegm .. i spent near about 6 month in very well condition .

Laryngitis is inflammation of larynx.
Most common cause for inflammation is viral infection.
And high humidity, crowded area predispose to viral infection.
So you might get viral infection during stay and it caused hemoptysis.
