Question: 39 year old notice 2days a go noticed a bald spot in the middle of my head, have also been having reoccurring yeast infection?? what could it be?

Hi and thanks for this follow up image.
I have reviewed it and this area shows remnant of broken hair strands. This is highly suggestive of a possible yeast infection responisble for this. I will recommend that you get an antifungal shampoo and use regularly. In the interim, you may want to use a wig while your allow the affection to be controlled and hair growth to return. This might take as many as 6weeks.
