Question : there is balck patch very much visbile on my lips form some days i am not able to make out the reason , pls guide

It is looking like post inflammatory hyper pigmentation.
I treat such cases with a mild steroid cream like Mometasone.
It gives excellent response within a month.
You can try this in consultation with your doctor.
