What Causes A Blister At The Wound Site?

default
Posted on Wed, 15 Mar 2017
Question: I cut my finger a week ago with a potato peeler. I went to urgent care and they cauterized the wound. The pain has been excruciating and unrelenting. Today, I am noticing a small blister-like growth in the center of the wound. I've had polysporin on it and have kept it covered consistently. Is the blister and pain something to be concerned about?
