I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. However I would need you to upload images of the affected areas (where the clots seem to be present as well as the area of discoloration on the penis).
After evaluating the images I would be able to guide you further.
I would await your response.

Can not send pics have no way.what else would you like to no.
Brief Answer:
Suggestions given.
Detailed Answer:
Ok.
The discoloration in and around your penis could be due to a fungal infection. Try applying clotrimazole powder or lotion. Hopefully that would provide relief.
Regarding the blood clot, unless it increases in size you need not worry. As of now, do nothing about it. Irrespective of what you do, it will be there for 5-7 days and would gradually go away after a series of color changes.
