Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome
I have gone through your query.
If possible kindly upload the pictures, it will help me in providing you with specific advice.
I also need few more information like
Since when you have this?
Is there any swelling?
Are you diabetic?
Any history of injury to the affected part?
It might be folliculitis, but need examination to confirm. Presently I while suggest you to wash the are with cool water and apply neosporin ointment. You can take tablet ibuprofen, which has both analgesic and antiinflammatory property, which will be helpful. I'll be able to comment on the need of antibiotic on examination.
If there symptoms increase in intensity, I would suggest you to get yourself examined by local doctor.
Hope this helps
Take care
