What Causes A Bruise Close To Vaginal Opening?

Question: 3 days ago I noticed a bruise close to my vaginal opening. I assumed that the reason behind it was an uncomfortable underwear that I was slping in the night before. During the night i was constantly pulling out wedgies and that may have irritated my skin to the point of bruising. Later on that day, I had intercourse which of course worsened the situation. I wasn't particularly concerned, figured the bruising would heal soon enough. Unfortunately, that has not been the case. The pain has steadily increased to the point where it's uncomfortable moving and sitting. Cleaning the area is also tricky and very painful. I used a mirror to look at it and the area surrounding my vaginal opening is completely bruised. No sores, just redness as if there are a number of cuts. Just on the inside I noticed small sores, maybe around 2 or 3. I have eczema so I was wondering if this is a result of dryness and what I should use to treat it. There is also the concern that yeast or ureaplasma might be involved somehow. Starting today, I used hydrocortisome cream to treat my problem. There isn't much itching. There was no itching at all initially but today the affected areas mildy itch. What do you recommend?

Thank you for your query. I can understand your concerns.
Do not worry . Its nothing but a bruise. The only problem is they take a week or two to heal and that too if the following precautions are taken :
1) do not wear underwear for atleast two weeks. Also wear loose pants or skirts.
2) Keep applying neosporin cream and betamethasone cream.
3) Take oral antibiotic like cefixime for 5 days
4) Wash the are atleast 5 times the day then keep it dry and apply some neosporin powder.
IT WILL HEAL ,JUST WAIT.
