
What Causes A Bump On The Penile Shaft?

Question: I have one single bump under the skin on the top of penis shaft.Similar to the size of lead on a pencil. Has been there for quite some time, and doesn't go away. there is no pain. if I squeeze it(which I did once), what looked like a white puss came out. after awhile it just come back.

Is there risk of infection if I try to squeeze it out? I have health insurance, but I don't think I can afford any type of surgery.
