Brief Answer:
dermatitis

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your health care concerns

I am sorry to hear that you are being bothered by a rash in your groin. This is possibly a contact dermatitis problem. The usually cause is the fabric softeners and detergents in your clothing and undergarments. When you sweat the detergent and fabric softener mixes with the sweat and causes a rash. I would recommend stopping all fabric softeners and switching to a hypoallergenic detergent. Along with the change in cleaning agents use hydrocortisone cream. If needed you may need to see your medical provider for a stronger steroid cream to treat the rash.

In summary
1. contact dermatitis
2. Stop all fabric softeners
3. use hypoallergenic detergent
4. Steroid cream hydrocortisone
5. See your medical provider if not improved
