Brief Answer:
Either insect bite hypersensitivity reaction or eczematous dermatitis
Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the attached photograph and it is looking like either insect bite hypersensitivity reaction or eczematous dermatitis.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply steroid cream like clobetasol propionate cream on the affected area twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Chlorpheniramine 4 mg twice daily.
This should resolve the rash in 7-10 days.
Steroidal preparations are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
