Brief Answer:
Seems to be due to post intercourse trauma

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at healthcare magic

I have reviewed the attached photographs and I don't think their is any need to worry.

These bumps can be due to post intercourse or frictional trauma.

In such cases I recommend my patients to keep an eye on the bumps and apply antibiotic like neosporin ointment on the bumps for few days.

I hope to have answered your query and would be happy to clarify any further doubts.

Regards
Dr Asmeet

Brief Answer:
Doesn't look like herpes

Detailed Answer:
I have reviewed the photographs.
They don't look like herpetic infection.
Herpes is characterised by multiple small grouped blisters which are associated with pain and burning.
They break in 2-3 days to form painful ulcers which heal in 2-3 weeks.
Moreover it may also be associated with burning during urination, body aches, fever.

Okay doctor i will try to relax but i am so scared i cant even go into work today as ive had no sleep over this issue... So if the bumps are spread out like mine and dont grow to have any discharge pain or itching i can aussume safely that this is not my worst fear herpes ? My doctor said he doesnt think it is but this has turned my hyphochondria into a problem .. Today it overall looks better but 3 of the bumps kinda look like the skin on a few of them have tiny abrasions no discharge they havent gotten worse otherwise since i noticed them yesterday ... Ive added one more picture which i understand its kinda hard to see .. But none of my bumps look like herpes, they are not blistering ... Sorry im
Jus looking for some peace of mind through futhur clarification
