Brief Answer:
Could be due to Over Active Bladder Syndrome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for feedback.
In absence of any signs of urinary infection sensation of having to pass urine is mostly due to involuntary contraction of bladder what is called as Over Active Bladder (OAB).

Please start taking Darifenacin once daily in the morning ,You may need to take it for a period of 3-4 months .

Thanks and Regards.
