Question: I am now 14 days late on my period (trying to conceive) my cycles are 25 to 29 days I am currently on day 41. I am worried whats wrong pregnancy test is negative

Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
If the pregnancy test is negative even after 14 days post missed periods then you are surely not pregnant and the delay is likely to be due to stress induced hormonal imbalance. If the menses are not resumed naturally in next 3-5 days then you should get an ultrasound pelvis done to check for endometrial lining thickness and then you can be offered a withdrawal bleed with progesterones.
