Brief Answer:
That is anatomical variatio

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

What is the difference between the hemicircumference of the chest on the left side to that of right side. Measure it with a tape, is it expanding similarly on both sides? This can be key.
Otherwise If you do not have bulk of muscle over the chest wall, this could be treated as normal anatomical variation. You can try to build the other side muscle, pectorals and make both sides look similar.

You can see a doctor for these measurements and still having pressing worries. For me it is ok if the difference is not more than couple of centimeter.
