Thank you. I have uploaded the photo.
Brief Answer:
It is intertrigonitis
Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms
Thanks for providing the photograph.
The lesion is Intertrigonitis(infection of skin fold) which is usually fungal.
I would suggest you to apply combination of anti fungal (Clotrimazole) and steroid like Betamethasone , one brand name which i can suggest is Candid B Ointment. Apply is twice a day for 2 weeks.
Take Care

Deepak

There is no skin fold. I weigh 115 and there is just an indentation where there does not seem to be much muscle at all under the detention.
Is there another possible explanation for the lateral dimple?
Is there another possible explanation for the lateral dimple?
Brief Answer:
The pad of fat has formed pseudo fold
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Even if there is no true skin fold, the pad of fat has formed a fold , fungal infection of which has likely caused the indentation and characteristic changes.
