Any time I rest on my left elbow, I feel blood rushing through my veins and tingling feeling in my fingers, is it something i should worry about? This is quite unusual and it sometimes depend on how I rest on my elbow.

It is most probably you compressing the ulnar nerve or 'funny bone' in the table while resting the elbow. Nothing to be worried about. Avoid resting the point of your Elbow on hard surfaces. Apply hot packs or ice to the affected region. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and green leafy vegetables. If you keep getting numbness, take Tablet Pregabalin 75mg at night for a month. Get a Nerve conduction study done of ulnar nerve to look for any damage.
