There are not that many organs in that location - just the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, and stomach. It sounds most like your gallbladder which is a cucumber shaped organ. The gallbladder is also an organ that moves frequently.
I would recommend getting a right upper quadrant ultrasounds which will show us what is there. I would also recommend routine screening blood work for you liver which may also be affected. If you have had an yellowing of the skin (jaundice), I would recommend getting this done sooner than later.
