What Causes A Feeling Of Shooting Pains In The Penis Tip?

Sometimes I get this feeling out the blue that a piercing strike goes through my penis ending in a feeling that I just deposited fluid. When I check no sign of semen, blood or urine. It can happen while on a full or empty bladder, doesn't occur frequently like maybe a handful of times a month. I am 30yrs old, male/virgin. I feel this comes about while stressed but definitely there is a real feeling that takes place down there, I have no clue what is happening. It doesn't physically hurt, just more embarrassing than anything since I have to constantly check my boxers to see any evidence of anything left behind. I masturbate about once every 1.5 weeks. Some insight will be helpful....I just want answers.
