Then Between my thighs & lips around the same around is very tender no sore or broken skin that I can see it very uncomfortable to the point my underwear irritate the pain.. (kind of feels like chaffing)..
There's also a rash on top of my thighs & butt checks.. I'm paranoid its herpes its been going on for about 5-6 days

Brief Answer:
Can be herpes or a bacterial infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The multiple pimple like lumps around the vaginal lips can be due to skin infection like folliculitis or herpes or allergic dermatitis. It can't be confirmed from the web without proper clinical view. Therefore, I suggest you to consult with your gynecologist for clinical examination including regional lymph node assessment to confirm the diagnosis. STD is also to be ruled out if you are sexually active.

Proper treatment can only be given on the basis of diagnosis. You may require antibacterial ointment and local hot compression to treat the condition. Other supportive treatment is also advisable.

In addition, you would maintain genital hygiene properly and wear loose fitting underwear (cotton). Do not scratch the area or wipe out. Avoid using chemical substances (soap/ detergent) around genital area.

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.

The first day it started was the day after I've had a threesome so I had put it down to heat rash & ingrown hairs buts its still sore a week later.
If I have contracted herpes the symptoms wouldn't have showed the next day would they?
How long after contracting herpes is the first out break?

Brief Answer:
It is not necessary that symptoms of herpes are late to appear.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Herpes symptoms can start after a week also. It can be associated with fever, pain and malaise. You need to get proper tests done to rule out herpes.
It is possible that initially it was folliculitis or vulvovaginitis that has been complicated by herpes.
