Brief Answer:
Get investigated as advised
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and image and understand your concerns.
Hematoma is present. The fracture in vertebrae can only be visualized on Xray.
Is there any weakness in lower limbs, any sensory loss, any abnormality of bladder or bowel?
You should take pain killers with serratiopeptidase.
X-ray lumbar spine Ap and lateral view should be done.
Examination by a doctor especially neurologist, orthopedic surgeon or neurosurgeon is required,
Hope you found the answer helpful.
