Brief Answer:
It depends on underlying cause if any.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There is no direct correlation between heart and survival in this scenario, it depends on underlying heart disease. Most probably you ll have normal life expectancy if there is no underlying heart disease.
You needs to be evaluated for the same. Do you have stress or anxiety causing tachycardia? You should also undergo ecg, thyroid test, hemoglobin test.
If any of these showing abnormalities then should be treated. If not then echo should be done.
If all tests are normal, then considered as inappropriate sinus tachycardia.
You should do regular exercises like jogging, relaxation techniques like deep breathing and yoga. You should also be started on medicine called as Beta blockers like tab Metoprolol or Ciplar LA for rate control. If there is no underlying disease, then no need to worry.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
Bp is normal

Detailed Answer:
bp is normal. High pulse rate may be due to anxiety only. But get once hemoglobin and thyroid tested.
You can get prescribed tab Ciplar LA 10 mg once a day which will help in both anxiety and tachycardia.
