Brief Answer:
Peptic ulcer can be the case.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Such symptoms are quite characteristic for a peptic ulcer in the stomach. You may have some nausea or lack of appetite along with the dull pain.
In some rare cases, such symptom can also indicate something more serious than an ulcer. That is why, the first thing you should have is a gastroscopy. This test is necessary to rule out possible cancer, and determine either there is a H.Pylori infection or not.

Hope this helps. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
