What Causes A Large Mass On Rectum With Burning Sensation?

Question: Hi,
I have a large mass on my rectum. It's not painful, but does have a burning sensation. I have attached a picture (warning - graphic).

Thanks for the query and photograph.
It is looking like a peri anal skin tag.
It happens due to overgrowth of skin in peri anal region.
There is nothing to worry it is a harmless condition.
It needs to be removed using a radio frequency ablator.
You need to meet a dermatologist to get this removed.

Hi, thank you for the quick response. the large mass is just a skin tag? Would you mind examining another skin concern I have; tender papules on the shaft of my penis. I apologize for the graphic content, but i am concerned. I uploaded additional picture. Thank you again.

Thanks for the follow up and photograph.
The mass is appearing like skin tag but if it is hard on palpation then peri anal sinus can be suspected.
It's better to meet a surgeon and get yourself examined.
Regarding papules on penis shaft I need additional details.
1. Are these lesions water filled ?
2. Do you have any symptoms like itch or pain in these lesions?
3. Any history of sexual exposure?
