Question: Have a small lump on left side of my neck that puts off a strong smell and when I squeeze it a long white mass comes out. Need to know how to get rid of it please

The small lump on the left side of the neck, long white mass on squeezing and strong smell is ''characteristic'' of a sebaceous cyst.

The only sure-shot way is to consult a General Surgeon, and get it removed in-toto, meaning total excision.
This will give you a permanent cure. There is no other way.
