What Causes A Lump Behind The Nipple With Milky Discharge?

Question: My son is 19 with swelling and possible mass left breast behind nipple with clear to milky discharge and small swelling behind right nipple with same discharge. Prolactin is in normal range testosterone is 478? Are we possibly looking at breast cancer?

5. No, I can assure you that it's not a cancer for sure..

However, to clear your doubts please get these tests done..
A. FNAC of the lump, especially left one if it's bigger than right..

B. USG scan of both sides and if possible, I would advise you for USG guided FNAC.
