Brief Answer:
Can be an abscess.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

The lump between anus and vagina that is progressively increasing in size is likely to be due to an abscess in the area.

Since it is very painful, it is best to get it examined and in case there is a fluctuation then get the pus drained after an incision.

Taking pain killers, hot compress and antibiotics alone will not help as the swelling is gradually increasing.

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.

Wishing you good health.
Regards.
