Brief Answer:
Avoid computer and laptop.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

If I am your getting doctor then I will advise you to get X Ray of cervical spine done in AP and Lateral view and send me the report also I would like to advise you not to use computer and laptop and always read book on chair and table.

One thing is important if swelling is XXXXXXX then FNAC is required otherwise no need.

Apply hot packs in morning and evening and do cervical flexion and extension exercises daily.

Have tab.aceclofenac100mg+thiocolchicoside4mg twice a day, only if pain otherwise no need.

I hope it helps.

Thanks,

Dr.CHANDER XXXXXXX XXXXXXX
